Lucie's services are the best in the city. I've been her client for a couple of years now and she does the best brazillians in all of Ottawa. Her price is also unbeatable but that's not what keeps me coming back. I go to Lucie because it's the fastest and least painful wax and she makes you feel calm and at home. She even gives you a lollipop during your service and is so friendly and nurturing that an otherwise unpleasant experience actually becomes relaxing. Her staff are fantastic as well. It's a beautiful boutique spa in the heart of downtown. Can't recommend her enough.

I was super worried about the pain, but it was fine. She does an amazing job, talks to you the whole time, she is very fast (about 5 minutes for me), the prices are great, and she is hilarious! Lucy is the Brazilian waxing queen! Hands down the best, cheapest, quickest service in the city. No one compares and this is no exaggeration. Brazilians were an ordeal for me before and expensive too until I met Lucie. She was very accommodating to me, she tried new positions that were least painful, she suggested different techniques such as breathing out during the procedure which eased the pain, she recommended different oils to maintain the skin. She's patient, flexible with scheduling, she's awesome people! Don't waste your time or money elsewhere!

The service she provides, client relation/satisfaction is out of this world. The feeling is wonderful once you leave her studio. Lucie was amazing! When a friend told me that a bikini wax at Lucie's was painless I had my doubts. But she was 100% right! It was virtually painless, not the least bit awkward, the price was amazing, and it was over in 15 minutes! I have been to different spas and the price was always over $40 and I was so sore afterward/during it felt like I had to walk with my legs spread apart. Lucie is a gift from above. Though I haven't been with her long, I don't know what I would do without her. I saw Lucie throughout my whole pregnancy, she always did a phenomenal job. She is always cheery and friendly. She always gentle but efficient. Now that I am home on maternity leave I miss her and am constantly trying to find a sitter so I can get back downtown (even though she has told me I can bring the kids).

I have been going to Esthetic's by Lucie for over 15 years. This alone says that I am happy with Lucie's services. She has always been professional. The work place is hygienic and her prices are competitive.
For waxing she is the fastest, most efficient esthetician I have ever met and there is little or no pain. When getting a facial I often fall asleep in the relaxing and soothing atmosphere. Believe it or not I could also fall asleep during waxing!
Recently I have tried the micro Dermabrasion and love it. After both the facials and Dermabrasion my skin feels wonderful for days and weeks afterwards.
